Google Tip of the Day: Spreadsheet Notifications

Keep Tabs on Your Data

Google Spreadsheets' notifications can alert you when part or all of your spreadsheet has changed. These are particularly useful if you have shared your spreadsheet or if it uses forms, making it easy to keep track of new data that is added.

Choose "Set Notification Rules" from the File menu, and you can control what parts of your spreadsheet to track, and how often alerts are sent.
